September 11th Tattos

September 11th, 2001 has gone down in history as the worst day nationally in our generations. only until recently when the Boston Marathon Bombing happened nothing could ever compare to the events that took place on that tragic day. People of older generations sometimes compare this event in our life as to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Everyone who was alive and old enough to remember could probably tell you exactly where they were that day at that exact time they heard the news. It was at a recent holiday party that this subject came up and I listened to my grandfather tell me his exact location on that day 40 years ago. "I was on lunch break at work when me and a few friends went down to a bar down the street." I could pick out the exact barstool I was sitting in till this day he told me with passion. For me I remember very vaguely of my 75 year old 2nd grade teacher telling us all to sit on the rug and and explain to a bunch of 8 year olds that America was attacked by terrorists. Going over these 4 pages of different tattoos of that dreadful day shows me how proud I should be of the nation I live in. all these tattoos have different artistic meaning but they all are for September 11th and they all show patriotism. These pictures of these tattoos make me smile and it makes me proud to be an American.
